Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Thera app ("App") developed by Draco Studio ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's Media Services Terms (App Store Terms of Service).

2. Subscriptions

Thera's core treatment-tracking features are free to use. Thera Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription, offered on a monthly or annual basis, that unlocks additional features such as unlimited treatment plans and extended dose history.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews for the same term unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
• Exact plan lengths and pricing are displayed in the App before you subscribe.

3. Acceptable use

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third party's rights.
• Rely on the App as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the App.
• Interfere with the normal operation or security of the App.

4. Medical disclaimer

Thera is a medication reminder and tracking tool — it is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Reminders and schedules are based entirely on the information you enter; Thera does not verify dosages, interactions, or suitability for your condition. Always follow the instructions given by your doctor or pharmacist, and consult them before starting, stopping, or changing any medication. Notification delivery depends on your device's settings and connectivity, and we cannot guarantee a reminder will always arrive on time.

5. Your content

The treatment plans, medications, and dose logs you create in the App remain yours. You can edit, export, or delete this information at any time from within the App.

6. Intellectual property

The App, including its source code, design, icons, and the "Thera" brand, is owned by Draco Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that reminders, notifications, or any other feature will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Draco Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including a missed or delayed medication reminder.

9. Changes & termination

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Draco Studio operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
